PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
At 20, my manager pointed out that I had a rare sense of urgency, and that observation has shaped my work ethic and fueled my drive to keep learning and growing.
I started my career in administrative roles at a small business, eventually being promoted to Sales and Marketing Manager for a national territory. One of my proudest accomplishments was revitalizing a distribution network by setting higher quality standards, which helped distributors better serve their clients.
Leaving a company I loved wasn’t easy, but it led me to discover my true passion—business operations. I’m driven by the challenge of aligning teams, supporting executive leadership, and ensuring their goals are communicated effectively across the organization.

Outside of work, I’m a busy mom of two who's passionate about health and wellness. This interest deepened as my family faced the impact of Alzheimer’s Disease, which inspired me to make more informed choices.

I have a creative streak and love spending time painting or drawing—it’s my way of unwinding. I’m also passionate about photography, always snapping photos to capture special family moments. And when it comes to holidays, I take decorating to the next level! Let’s just say my husband has stopped counting the number of storage bins we have for decor.
